IMPORTANT DISTINCTION

METTA PETROLEUM is not a bank, SBLC/DLC issuer or issuing financial institution.
For qualifying third-party transactions, METTA PETROLEUM may act as a commercial facilitator and coordinator between clients and independent financial-instrument providers. The relevant provider may coordinate the proposed financial arrangement with suitable banking or financial-institution relationships.
Where METTA PETROLEUM participates as a principal buyer in a petroleum, energy or commodity transaction, the Company is responsible for satisfying the payment-security and financial-capability requirements agreed with the seller. This may include arranging acceptable bank-issued payment instruments, guarantees, collateral or other agreed payment arrangements through appropriate financial institutions.
All financial instruments and banking arrangements remain subject to transaction assessment, due diligence, KYC/AML and compliance requirements, applicable banking procedures, credit approval and acceptance by the relevant financial parties.

Identifying Opportunities. Creating Long-Term Value.

Beyond trade and project finance facilitation, METTA PETROLEUM selectively evaluates strategic investment, partnership and commercial-development opportunities that complement our activities and long-term business objectives.

We focus on opportunities where there are credible sponsors, sound commercial fundamentals, strategic alignment, market potential and a clear basis for sustainable value creation.

Potential participation may include strategic partnerships, project-related investment opportunities, joint ventures, commercial alliances and other forms of collaboration connected with energy, commodities, infrastructure, logistics, technology, natural resources and related sectors.

Depending upon the opportunity, METTA PETROLEUM may contribute through commercial experience , industry relationships, transaction coordination, market connectivity and introductions to appropriate strategic, financial or investment counterparties.

All opportunities are evaluated selectively and on a case-by-case basis, subject to commercial assessment, due diligence, risk evaluation, compliance requirements and mutually acceptable terms.

METTA PETROLEUM does not represent or guarantee that investment capital, financing or participation by METTA PETROLEUM or any other third party will be available or committed unless and until formally agreed by the relevant parties.

METTA PETROLEUM maintains a strategic relationship with an established Singapore-based SBLC/DLC Principal Provider operating since 1994, whose activities include trade-finance and financial-instrument solutions for qualifying international transactions.

Through this relationship, METTA PETROLEUM may introduce and coordinate qualifying third-party commercial requirements with the Provider for consideration. Depending upon the underlying transaction and the requirements of the parties, potential solutions may include Documentary Letters of Credit (DLC/LC), Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC), Bank Guarantees (BG) and other appropriate trade-finance arrangements.

The SBLC/DLC Provider, in turn, works through its established banking and financial-institution relationships to coordinate the proposed issuance or financial solution, subject to transaction assessment, due diligence, KYC/AML and compliance requirements, provider procedures, issuing-bank approval and acceptance by the relevant parties.

This network enables METTA PETROLEUM to support qualifying requirements arising from petroleum, energy and commodities trading, as well as suitable transactions from other legitimate commercial sectors where appropriate financial instruments or trade-finance solutions may be required.
