OUR PROFESSIONAL NETWORK
CONNECTING ENERGY & COMMODITIES · MARKETS · CAPITAL· LOGISTICS
International energy and commodities trading depends upon more than the relationship between a buyer and a seller. Successful transactions require the coordinated participation of credible commercial counterparties, financial-instrument providers and financial institutions, logistics providers, professional advisers and strategic partners.
METTA PETROLEUM seeks to develop and maintain professional relationships across this international commercial ecosystem, enabling the Company to originate, evaluate, structure, facilitate and support qualifying petroleum, energy and commodity transactions.
The Company’s role may vary according to the requirements and structure of each transaction. METTA PETROLEUM may participate as a principal trader, intermediary, commercial facilitator or broker, including supporting back-to-back, onward-sale and other commercially appropriate transaction structures.
Where trade or project finance support is required, METTA PETROLEUM may also facilitate introductions and transaction coordination with established SBLC/DLC providers, financial counterparties and strategic financial relationships, subject to the requirements of the underlying transaction and the relevant parties.
01 | COMMERCIAL COUNTERPARTIES
Refineries · Producers · Suppliers · Commodity Producers · Traders
Access to credible and reliable supply is fundamental to international energy and commodities trading.
METTA PETROLEUM seeks to establish relationships with reputable refineries, producers, commodity suppliers and established physical traders capable of supplying petroleum products, energy products and selected commodities in accordance with agreed specifications, commercial terms and delivery requirements.
Depending upon the transaction, supply arrangements may involve FOB, CIF or other mutually agreed Incoterms® and transaction-specific delivery structures, subject to appropriate counterparty due diligence, documentation, product verification and contractual agreement.
Objective: Reliable supply · Competitive commercial terms · Product integrity · Responsible execution
02 | BUYERS & OFFTAKERS
Importers · Distributors · Wholesalers · Industrial Buyers · Trading Companies
A successful transaction requires financially and operationally capable buyers as much as it requires reliable sellers.
METTA PETROLEUM seeks relationships with qualified buyers and offtakers possessing the financial capability, logistical arrangements and commercial readiness necessary to perform their contractual obligations.
Depending upon the transaction structure, buyers may take delivery through agreed FOB, CIF, storage, terminal, vessel or other commercially accepted arrangements.
Objective: Qualified demand · Financial capability · Logistical readiness · Reliable performance

03 | TRADING & COMMERCIAL INTERMEDIATION
Principal · Intermediary · Reseller · Commercial Facilitator · Broker
METTA PETROLEUM’s participation in an energy or commodity transaction may vary according to the commercial opportunity, product, counterparties and agreed transaction structure.
Where appropriate, the Company may identify and secure suitable supply opportunities and subsequently introduce, structure or coordinate transactions with qualified buyers and offtakers.
METTA PETROLEUM may participate as a principal trader, reseller or intermediary, including through back-to-back purchase and sale arrangements, onward-sale structures, commercial intermediation or brokerage, subject to contractual terms, financing requirements, counterparty due diligence and applicable regulatory considerations.
This flexible approach enables METTA PETROLEUM to connect credible supply with qualified demand while maintaining commercial discipline, transparency and responsible transaction coordination throughout the transaction process.
Objective: Connect supply with demand · Structure workable transactions · Facilitate execution · Create commercial value
04 | FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT PROVIDERS & TRADE FINANCE
SBLC/DLC Providers · Financial Counterparties · Banks & Financial Institutions · Project Finance Partners
International energy, commodities and commercial transactions may require appropriate financial instruments, banking support and structured-finance arrangements.
METTA PETROLEUM maintains relationships with established SBLC/DLC providers, financial counterparties and project-finance partners to facilitate qualifying trade and commercial requirements.
Where appropriate, METTA PETROLEUM may introduce and coordinate qualifying clients with an independent financial-instrument provider. The relevant provider, in turn, works through its banking and financial-institution relationships to consider appropriate solutions, which may include Documentary Letters of Credit (DLC/LC), Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC), Bank Guarantees (BG) and other suitable trade-finance arrangements.
Such requirements remain subject to transaction assessment, due diligence, KYC/AML and compliance requirements, provider procedures, issuing-bank approval and acceptance by the respective financial parties.
METTA PETROLEUM acts as an introducer, commercial facilitator and transaction coordinator and does not itself issue or guarantee banking instruments.
Objective: Appropriate financial capabilities · Transaction support · Compliance · Commercial viability

05 | LOGISTICS, OPERATIONS & PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Shipping · Storage · Terminals · STS · Inspection · Legal · Compliance · Technical Support
Physical energy and commodity trading requires coordinated execution across the entire supply chain.
METTA PETROLEUM seeks to work with established shipping companies, vessel operators, storage and terminal providers, inspection and testing companies, logistics specialists and other qualified service providers to support the movement, storage, verification and delivery of petroleum products, energy products and selected commodities.
Depending upon the transaction, operational arrangements may include terminal-to-terminal transfers, vessel operations, ship-to-ship (STS) transfers, storage arrangements, inspection and testing, cargo documentation and other transaction-specific logistics and delivery solutions, where commercially appropriate and permitted by applicable regulations.
METTA PETROLEUM may also engage or coordinate with legal, corporate, compliance, technical and other professional advisers where appropriate to the requirements of individual transactions.
Independent inspection, testing and professional verification may be incorporated where required by contractual terms, applicable regulations or the requirements of the relevant counterparties.
Objective: Safe operations · Reliable logistics · Independent verification · Professional support · Responsible delivery
