ENERGY · COMMODITIES · GLOBAL TRADE
METTA PETROLEUM PTE. LTD. is an international energy and commodities trading company focused primarily on petroleum, refined energy products and the broader oil and gas sector, while selectively developing opportunities in other commodities where reliable supply and qualified demand can be established.
Our core activities encompass the sourcing, trading and facilitation of energy and commodity transactions, connecting qualified sellers and suppliers with established buyers and offtakers across global markets. Through our professional network, we also work with logistics providers, financial institutions, financial counterparties and professional advisers to support the commercial, logistical and financial requirements of international trade.
Complementing our energy and commodities activities, METTA PETROLEUM facilitates access to trade and project finance solutions for qualified transactions. These may include documentary letters of credit (DLC), standby letters of credit (SBLC) and other appropriate trade-finance instruments arranged through established financial institutions and financial counterparties, subject to transaction assessment, due diligence, KYC/AML requirements and the approval of the relevant financial parties.
While these financial solutions support petroleum, oil and gas buyers and trading counterparties, METTA PETROLEUM may also facilitate suitable trade and project finance requirements for companies in other industries and commercial sectors where such financial instruments or structured financing solutions are required.
Our approach is guided by our Corporate Philosophy:
Energy with Wisdom · Global Outreach
能源有道 · 融通四海
01 | PETROLEUM & ENERGY PRODUCTS TRADING
Petroleum trading is at the core of METTA PETROLEUM’s business. We seek to facilitate the sourcing, trading and delivery of refined petroleum products for customers across international markets, working with qualified counterparties and established industry participants.
Our Product Portfolio
EN590 Diesel
EN590 is a widely recognised specification for automotive diesel fuel, particularly in European and international markets.
METTA PETROLEUM focuses on opportunities involving the international trading and supply of EN590 diesel, subject to agreed specifications, commercial terms, availability and destination requirements.
Jet Fuel / Jet A-1
Aviation turbine fuel used by commercial and international aviation markets.
We seek opportunities to connect qualified buyers and suppliers for aviation fuel transactions supported by appropriate commercial, logistical and quality documentation.
Gasoline
Gasoline remains one of the world’s principal transportation fuels.
METTA PETROLEUM may facilitate international gasoline trading opportunities according to market specifications, destination requirements and agreed contractual terms.
Fuel Oil
Fuel oil continues to serve marine, industrial and power-generation applications in various international markets.
Transactions may involve different grades and specifications depending upon the buyer’s requirements and applicable regulations.
Crude Oil
As part of our broader energy strategy, METTA PETROLEUM may participate in crude oil trading opportunities through established counterparties and appropriate transaction structures.
LPG – Liquefied Petroleum Gas
LPG plays an important role in residential, commercial, industrial and petrochemical applications.
We view LPG as a complementary component of our expanding energy product portfolio.
LNG – Liquefied Natural Gas
Natural gas is increasingly important to the global energy mix.
LNG represents a strategic area for METTA PETROLEUM as we progressively broaden our activities beyond conventional refined petroleum products toward a more diversified energy business.
METTA works with qualified supply and offtake counterparties to evaluate transaction opportunities across FOB, CIF and other commercially agreed delivery structures, subject to product availability, counterparty due diligence and mutually acceptable contractual terms.
02 | COMMODITIES TRADING
Beyond petroleum and energy products, METTA PETROLEUM selectively develops international trading opportunities in other commodities where reliable supply, qualified demand and commercially viable transaction structures can be established.
Our approach is transaction-specific and includes appropriate supplier verification, buyer qualification, commercial assessment, documentation, logistics coordination and counterparty due diligence.
SULPHUR
METTA PETROLEUM may facilitate the sourcing and international trading of sulphur for qualified industrial, agricultural and commodity-market buyers, subject to product origin, specification, quantity, availability, delivery terms and mutually acceptable contractual arrangements.
Additional commodity opportunities may be considered selectively as METTA PETROLEUM broadens its international trading activities and professional network.

03 | INTERNATIONAL ENERGY TRADING
Our role extends beyond the buying and selling of individual petroleum products.
METTA PETROLEUM seeks to connect opportunities across the international energy value chain by bringing together credible counterparties and coordinating the commercial elements necessary for successful transactions.
Depending upon the transaction, this may include:
Product sourcing and procurement
Buyer and supplier coordination
Commercial negotiation
Transaction structuring
Documentation coordination
Inspection and quality-assurance arrangements
Shipping and logistics coordination
Trade-finance coordination
Delivery and transaction execution
The Objective is straightforward:
To connect energy supply with market demand through disciplined, transparent and commercially responsible transactions.
04 | SUPPLY CHAIN & LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS
Successful petroleum trading depends upon more than product availability.
It requires the coordinated management of product, documentation, storage, inspection, shipping, finance and delivery.
Depending upon the agreed transaction structure, METTA PETROLEUM may work with relevant service providers and counterparties in transactions involving:
FOB — Free on Board
Product delivery under agreed FOB terms at the designated loading port.
CIF — Cost, Insurance and Freight
Transactions where the contractual structure includes transportation and insurance to an agreed destination port.
STS — Ship-to-Ship Transfer
Where commercially and operationally appropriate, petroleum cargo may be transferred between vessels at authorised locations and subject to applicable procedures and regulations.
Tank Storage
Coordination with suitable terminal and storage facilities where required for the transaction.
Vessel Chartering & Marine Logistics
Coordination with shipping and maritime service providers for the transportation of petroleum cargoes.
Inspection & Quality Verification
Independent inspection and testing may be incorporated into transactions according to contractual requirements.

05 | TRADE & PROJECT FINANCE FACILITATION
International commodity transactions frequently require appropriately structured payment, credit and financial security arrangements to support contractual performance and trade execution.
METTA PETROLEUM works with established SBLC/DLC providers and financial counterparties that, in turn, coordinate with suitable issuing banks and financial institutions for the issuance of trade-finance instruments in support of qualifying transactions.
Our primary focus is to support petroleum, energy and commodity transactions where buyers or other commercial counterparties require appropriate financial instruments to meet contractual or transaction requirements. Suitable requirements from other industries and commercial sectors may also be considered where the underlying transaction is legitimate, commercially viable and capable of satisfying the applicable due-diligence and compliance requirements.
Depending upon the underlying transaction, financial requirements and acceptance by the relevant parties, solutions may include:
Documentary Letters of Credit (DLC / LC)
Bank-issued payment instruments commonly used to support the purchase and sale of goods in international trade, subject to the issuing bank’s requirements and approval.
Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC)
Bank-issued financial instruments that may support qualifying payment or contractual obligations, subject to transaction assessment, provider requirements and acceptance by the relevant issuing and receiving institutions.
Bank Guarantees (BG)
Guarantee instruments that may support qualifying contractual, trade or project obligations, subject to the requirements and approval of the relevant provider and issuing financial institution.
Commodity & Trade Finance
Financial structures that may support the purchase, movement and sale of petroleum products, energy products and other physical commodities.
Project & Structured Finance
Potential financing and structured solutions for qualifying energy, infrastructure, industrial and other commercially viable projects.
METTA PETROLEUM acts as a commercial facilitator between qualifying clients and established financial-instrument providers. METTA PETROLEUM is not a bank and does not itself issue SBLCs, DLCs, Bank Guarantees or other banking instruments. The relevant provider coordinates the proposed issuance with the appropriate issuing bank or financial institution, subject to transaction qualification, due diligence, KYC/AML and compliance requirements, and final acceptance by the respective financial parties.
“METTA PETROLEUM seeks to connect qualifying trade and project-finance requirements with established financial-instrument providers capable of arranging appropriate banking solutions in support of legitimate underlying transactions.”

06 | STRATEGIC ENERGY & COMMODITY SOLUTIONS
As international energy and commodity markets continue to evolve, METTA PETROLEUM seeks to progressively develop opportunities beyond conventional petroleum trading while maintaining energy as the core of our business.
Our strategic focus includes identifying commercially viable opportunities across petroleum, natural gas, selected commodities, supply-chain solutions and related trade structures where METTA PETROLEUM can contribute through market connectivity, commercial coordination and its professional network.
We may also evaluate opportunities involving strategic partnerships, offtake arrangements, procurement mandates, structured transactions and other forms of commercial collaboration that complement our trading activities and support the requirements of qualified counterparties.
Where appropriate, such opportunities may be supported by trade and project finance facilitation through established financial-instrument providers and financial counterparties, subject to the requirements and approval of the relevant parties.
Our objective is to develop sustainable commercial relationships and selectively expand METTA PETROLEUM’s participation across the international energy and commodities value chain.
07 | OUR APPROACH
Regardless of the product or transaction structure, our approach is founded upon five principles:
Reliability — Working towards dependable execution and fulfilment of agreed commercial obligations.
Integrity — Conducting business transparently, responsibly and ethically.
Quality — Recognising the importance of agreed specifications, inspection and documentation.
Partnership — Building enduring relationships rather than pursuing purely transactional opportunities.
Global Connectivity — Connecting international markets, commercial partners and energy and commodity opportunities.
Connecting Energy & Commodities. Creating Value. Building Partnerships.
At METTA PETROLEUM, we believe successful international trading is built upon more than the movement of commodities.
It requires trust between counterparties, disciplined execution, reliable logistics, sound financial structures and a clear understanding of international markets.
Through our petroleum, energy and commodities trading activities and expanding strategic capabilities, we seek to connect supply with demand while creating sustainable value for our customers, partners and stakeholders.
