GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN & TRADING OPERATIONS

An Integrated Approach to Energy & Commodities Trading
Every physical energy and commodity transaction involves a chain of interconnected activities.
METTA PETROLEUM seeks to coordinate these activities with customers, suppliers, counterparties and relevant service providers throughout the transaction lifecycle.
SOURCE → TRADING → STORAGE → INSPECTION → SHIPPING → DELIVERY
Connecting every stage of the international supply chain through disciplined coordination and trusted partnerships.

A successful transaction begins with identifying an appropriate and credible source of supply.
METTA PETROLEUM seeks to work with qualified suppliers, refineries, producers, commodity suppliers, trading companies and other established market participants to identify petroleum products, energy products and selected commodities that meet the commercial and technical requirements of our customers and counterparties.
Our sourcing considerations may include:
Product specification and quality requirements
Quantity and contractual volume
Origin and availability
Pricing structure
Delivery schedule
Loading and destination ports or delivery points
Storage and terminal requirements
Shipping and logistics arrangements
Payment and financing terms
Inspection requirements
Applicable regulatory and compliance considerations
Our objective is not simply to locate a product, but to identify commercially viable and reliable supply solutions suitable for the underlying transaction.

From Commercial Opportunity to Executable Transaction
International energy and commodities trading involves multiple contractual, operational, logistical and financial considerations.
Depending upon the nature of the transaction, METTA PETROLEUM works with counterparties to establish appropriate commercial structures covering matters such as:
Product — Agreed commodity, product specification and quality requirements.
Quantity — Spot cargoes or contractual supply volumes.
Price — Fixed pricing or agreed market-linked pricing mechanisms.
Incoterms® — Appropriate delivery terms such as FOB, CIF or other mutually agreed structures.
Delivery — Loading point, destination, delivery window and logistics arrangements.
Inspection — Agreed independent inspection, testing and verification procedures.
Documentation — Commercial, shipping and transaction documentation required under the agreed structure.
Payment — Agreed payment instruments, financing arrangements and settlement procedures.
Compliance — Counterparty, transaction, regulatory and applicable compliance requirements.
The objective is to establish clear commercial responsibilities and workable transaction terms before physical execution begins.

09 | DOCUMENTATION & TRANSACTION CONTROL

Physical energy and commodities trading is closely connected with appropriate payment and trade-finance arrangements.

Depending upon the underlying transaction, METTA PETROLEUM may facilitate introductions and transaction coordination with established SBLC/DLC providers, financial counterparties and other independent financial-solution providers in relation to qualifying commercial requirements.
The relevant provider, in turn, may coordinate with suitable issuing banks or financial institutions in connection with appropriate trade-finance instruments or banking arrangements.
These may include, where applicable:
Documentary Letters of Credit (DLC / LC)
Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC)
Bank Guarantees (BG)
Documentary payment arrangements
Commodity and structured trade-finance solutions

METTA PETROLEUM acts as an introducer, commercial facilitator and transaction coordinator and does not itself issue or guarantee banking instruments.
All arrangements remain subject to the underlying transaction, provider assessment, due diligence, KYC/AML and compliance requirements, applicable banking procedures, issuing-bank approval and acceptance by the respective financial parties.
